Responsible sourcing and purchasing

Established in the heart of Burgundy, Européenne de Condiments is committed to its territory and prioritizes local supplies :

  • EDC is increasing the use of Burgundy mustard seeds in its recipes! For more than 30 years, Européenne de Condiments has been a major player in the reintroduction of mustard seed culture in Burgundy through the AMB (Association Moutarde de Bourgogne) and the development of partnerships with farmers, AGROSUP Dijon and the local authorities, that allow us to increase significantly our supply in local seeds.
  • EDC favors suppliers based in France for most of its components and raw materials (this is the case for jars, caps, labels, …)

Our employees are the heart of the company
